Captain Mike is an incredible boat captain! The ride out on the water was scenic and beautiful. He quickly took us to the perfect spot and set us up with rods, jigs, and the confidence to reel in some big catches. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to share his love of fishing with our group. Despite being seasoned fishermen and women, we didn't know the area well enough to find the best spots, but he made our day amazing! When we returned to shore, he promptly cleaned and bagged our catch, and shared a cold beverage with his wonderful wife and us. Overall, I highly recommend Captain Mike – 10/10!

Out of all my fishing trips in the Tampa area over the past four years, this one with Capt. Mike stands out as the best. He knows the Crystal River waters inside and out, and I’d definitely recommend him to anyone wanting a skilled and experienced guide. Already looking forward to booking the next one!

Capt. Mike treated us great, had everything taken care of when we arrived so we got going immediately! The gear was great and the day ended perfect. Capt. Mike and his wife were just great people. This was my first time with Captain Mike but definitely not my last!!

Captain Mike was prompt and fully set up when we arrived—no delays, just straight to scalloping! He had everything ready to go, making the whole experience seamless from the start. The equipment was in excellent shape, and the trip wrapped up perfectly. Both Captain Mike and his wife were incredibly welcoming. This was my first trip with him, but I’m already planning on coming back!

Captain Mike was really great, conditions were not ideal for catching but he did everything he could to get us a few into the boat and then some. He took some additional time out of his day to try all of his favorite spots and everyone enjoyed the day and getting to know him. We will be back!
