Meet Guide Mike Brothers

Captain Mike brings over 50 years of fishing and diving experience, with a lifelong passion for the ocean and the abundant waters of Florida. Born on the Gulf Coast of Alabama and raised in Palm Beach County, he has spent more than three decades as a charter captain, exploring the diverse ecosystems and fishing grounds of the west coast of Florida. Over the past 30 years, Captain Mike has focused on the Crystal River and Ozello areas, gaining unmatched local knowledge that he shares with every guest.

With a deep understanding of the waters, tides, and seasonal patterns, Captain Mike has guided countless anglers to successful catches of Redfish, Cobia, Sheepshead, and King Mackerel. He is equally at home leading eco tours to observe manatees or teaching families and children the art of scalloping. His hands-on approach ensures that everyone on board—from beginners to experienced fishermen—receives personalized instruction, making every trip safe, educational, and memorable.

About the Boat

The charter boat is a 24' Carolina Skiff DLX Center Console, powered by a 150HP Mercury engine for a smooth and reliable ride. Designed to accommodate up to six guests comfortably, it provides plenty of space for fishing, sightseeing, or exploring the scenic waterways. Fully equipped with all necessary gear—including tackle, live bait, and snorkel equipment—the boat allows Captain Mike to offer well-prepared trips that are as safe as they are enjoyable, ensuring every guest can focus on the adventure at hand.
